The house is just a 20-25 minute walk to the Station and Woking town centre but is in a quiet residential road with unrestricted parking. Ideally located for McLaren which is a 6 min drive, 10 min cycle or 20 min walk to the free shuttle.
The beautiful private garden is ideal for relaxing in or enjoying the odd bar-b-q and has a locked bike shed at the end with side access.
Alternatively, for our professional house shares in Guildford take a look at Lincoln Road or Beckingham Road.
I would highly recommend Cath as a fair and good landlord. The property itself is in a great location for any commuters into London /McLaren/Chertsey or Guildford areas, and walkable for those working in Woking. The property is of a high standard throughout and always clean and tidy, and the garden is beautiful to relax in over the summer months.

TAKE A TOUR
Given how daunted I was before I’d moved, living at Balmoral has been unbelievable. Cath is responsive and smiley, and the house is clean and friendly. It has been a really lovely experience and I am honestly very sad to have to leave! Balmoral Drive has been a wonderful home.
