Location, location, location
Our house shares are in Woking and Guildford. Each house is less than 25 minute walk from the train station and town with easy access to major local employers. The houses are all in safe, residential streets and all have off road parking plus unrestricted parking in the road.
High standards
Top priorities were excellent showers and high speed internet so each house has been fully rewired and replumbed to ensure we can provide the best quality possible. Rooms are all furnished in stylish matching furniture and the houses are tastefully decorated throughout providing professional accomodation.
All bills included
By all bills, we mean all bills with no nasty extras. This includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv licence, Netflix, high speed broadband, weekly cleaner and gardener.
Safe and secure
All rooms have fire doors with closures, smoke alarms and heat sensors in the kitchen. Gas appliances are checked annually and we carry out quarterly checks to ensure nothing is allowed to slip. All houses are fully Licenced. To keep your money safe we use the Deposit Protection Scheme for all deposits.
Weekly cleaning
Each house has a regular weekly cleaner for all shared areas and if you wanted they can also clean your room by private arrangement. This keeps the house in great condition and saves you time. The garden is looked after by a bi-weekly gardener in the summer months.
Modern and fully fitted
The houses have been refurbished to provide a modern and appealing environment to live in. The kitchens are fully stocked with all new appliances and cooking equipment. Ironing boards and irons provided so you literally need your suitcase and a duvet!

As a full time professional landlord I take great care and pride in what I do. My aim is to provide a very high quality professional but personal service. I live locally so can ensure that everything runs smoothly and that any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
We do not use letting agents but look after all aspects of the business ourselves so I will personally show you round the property, answer any queries and deal with any issues before and throughout your time in one of our houses.
